World Vision International needed a comprehensive and cohesive crisis management training suite to equip employees with the knowledge and tools to respond effectively to emergencies. The project required the editing, technical review, and design of a five-part Crisis Management Framework, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility. Additionally, we developed both in-person and e-learning training programs based on the framework, ensuring engagement across different learning environments. The materials needed to be professionally translated into Spanish and French, maintaining accuracy and alignment with World Vision’s branding and organizational tone. Tight deadlines and the complexity of crisis response topics required extensive collaboration to deliver high-quality, tailored materials.
