WHO needed to produce a high-quality Global Health Emergency Appeal under an extremely tight deadline, ensuring clear and compelling messaging for a diverse range of stakeholders. The appeal required seamless coordination across HQ, regional, and country teams, as well as rapid content development, editing, and design. Given the urgency of WHO’s humanitarian response – including the COVID-19 pandemic and other global health crises – timely delivery was critical to mobilizing the $2.7 billion in funding needed to reach 160 million people across 56 countries.
